Privacy Policy
This policy explains what WebCraft USA LLC collects, why, and what you can ask us to delete.
What we collect
- If you are our customer: your name, business name, email, phone number, plan, and the business information you give us (hours, services, prices, FAQs, transfer number).
- If you call a business that uses our AI receptionist: your phone number, what you said, a recording of the call and a written transcript of it.
- If you visit a website we host: standard server logs, and if you use the chat or order form, what you type into it.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Why we keep it
- To answer calls and send the business owner a summary and transcript of each call.
- To build, host and support the website or service you bought.
- To bill you, and to reply when you contact us.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the service, and they only process the data needed for their part:
- Twilio — carries the phone calls and messages.
- Groq — turns speech into text and runs the AI that writes the answer.
- Stripe — processes payments.
- Brevo / our own mail server — sends the emails.
- Hetzner — hosts the servers, in data centres in the European Union.
Call recordings
Recordings and transcripts are kept so the business owner can hear what happened on a call. Access is restricted to that business owner and to us. We can delete a recording on request.
How long we keep it
Call recordings and transcripts are kept while your account is active, and deleted when you ask us to delete your account. Server logs are rotated and deleted within a few weeks.
Your choices
Email mustapha@webcraftusa.co to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you asked a business not to call you again, that request is honoured permanently — tell us and we will make sure it is.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
