Terms of Service

These terms cover the services sold on webcraftusa.co, provided by WebCraft USA LLC ("we", "us"), an Ohio limited liability company.

1. What we provide

AI receptionist — an AI answers calls to a phone number we set up for your business, takes a message, answers common questions from the information you give us, and emails you a summary of each call.
Websites — we design, build and host a website for your business.
Business cards and printing — we design and order printed products for you.

2. Plans, the free first month and billing

The AI receptionist is a monthly subscription: $49 Starter, $99 Pro, $199 Business. There is no setup fee.

Your first month is free. We take your card when you sign up, but nothing is charged for the first 30 days. After that the plan renews every month on the same date until you cancel.

Website and printing prices are one-time charges shown on the site at the time you order. Website care plans are monthly.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

3. Cancelling

Cancel any time — email mustapha@webcraftusa.co or call mustapha@webcraftusa.co. If you cancel during your free first month you are charged nothing at all. If you cancel later, your service runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not charge a cancellation fee. See the Cancellation & Refunds page.

4. Calls are recorded — please read

Calls handled by the AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed so we can send you a summary, and to improve accuracy.

You are responsible for making sure your callers are told, where the law where they are calling from requires it. We can include a recording notice in your greeting, and we recommend it. Ask us and we will add one at no charge.

5. What we need from you

We answer using the information you give us — your hours, services, prices and FAQs. You are responsible for that information being accurate and lawful to publish, and for having the right to use any phone number, logo, photo or text you send us.

6. What we do not promise

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. It runs 24/7, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and an AI can mishear a caller. Always keep a real phone number or your own phone visible so callers who need a person can reach one. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, for harassment, or to mislead callers about who or what they are speaking to.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit or lost business.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
