Cancellation & Refunds

Written down plainly, so there is no doubt about how it works.

AI receptionist — free first month

• We take your card at sign-up but charge nothing for the first 30 days.
• Cancel during that first month → you pay nothing at all. No setup fee, no cancellation fee.
• After the free month it renews monthly. Cancel any time; the service runs to the end of the month you have already paid, then stops. We do not refund part of a month that has already started.

Websites

• A website build is paid as shown at the time you order. The $199 deposit reserves your build slot.
• Before we start building: ask us to cancel and we refund the deposit in full.
• After the build has started: the deposit covers work already done. Talk to us — if something is not right we will fix it rather than argue about the money.
• If we cannot deliver the website you ordered, you get your money back.

Care plans and hosting

Monthly care plans ($39 website, $79 online store) can be cancelled any time, and stop at the end of the month you have paid for. If we ever stop offering the plan, we will host your site free for 90 days so nothing goes dark.

Printing

Print orders are made to order, so they cannot be cancelled once the order has gone to the printer. If a print arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days with a photo and we will reprint or refund it.

If we got it wrong

If you were charged in error, or charged after cancelling, email mustapha@webcraftusa.co or call mustapha@webcraftusa.co and we will put it right.

How refunds are paid

Back to the same card, through Stripe. It usually shows within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
